Payzone Project Brief
When we met with Mr Dann from Payzone he explained that in line with their continued expansion programme they were looking to open three new regional offices in the near future and are looking for a supplier who could work to their tight deadlines and co-ordinate a full turn-key interiors solution. During the discussion Mr Dann explained that these offices were to be well populated but as staff welfare is of paramount importance the configuration of the workplace needed to deliver a feeling of space and with some degree of flexibility to add additional members of staff when required and their corporate identity needed to be represented throughout each of their new offices.
Delivering the Solution
After the initial appraisal meeting and having done site surveys we produced scaled drawings with proposed furniture layouts along with flooring and decorating samples along with suggestions of the different styles of partitioning systems available to us. During our subsequent meetings and to avoid any delays due to the timescale we were able to agree on ranges of furniture and interior solutions, including structured cabling and climate control. Inevitably, on projects of this scale, there are bound to be hiccups along the way. Again, we delivered alternative solutions and fast-tracked items to get them back on track. Payzone were highly delighted with the results across all their new offices.
